Ordering our beautiful footwear and accessories couldn't be easier. Simply find the item(s) you would like, select your size and add to your basket. From your basket the steps to checkout are fairly straightforward, however if you need any assistance at all, then please contact us!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We really hope you love your new purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
You need to contact us via email if you wish to make a return, so that we are able to email you your returns form and returns postage label.
We would advise you to try your shoes on in a carpeted room whilst you are deciding if they are for you, to avoid damage to the soles and heel. Any damage or wear to the items may result in no refund or exchange being given.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY?
Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, if you need your item in a hurry, don't worry! Just let us know in the notes section when you purchase your product or drop us a message on the chat or via email. (pureenviefootwear@outlook.com) we will endeavour to send it out as soon as we can!

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY PROCESS?
Delivery Charges
We offer free UK postage on all orders.
Once the order has been confirmed we will despatch your goods within 2 business days. (Estimated delivery time 5-7 days). Once your goods have been despatched you will receive a notification via email.
Free Local Collection
You also have the option of free local pick up from our Kirkham address (68 Poulton St, Kirkham, PR4 2AH)
*Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to check the delivery address is correct at time of ordering. If an incorrect address is entered then Pure Envie Footwear and our Delivery supplier cannot be held responsible if the goods have already been delivered.*
