Need to make a return? No problem! Just follow our simple returns process below.

Thank you for shopping with Pure Envie Footwear. We hope you love your new purchase! However, if
for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
​
We would advise you to try your shoes on in a carpeted room whilst you are deciding if they are for you,
to avoid damage to the soles and heel. Any damage or wear to the items
may result in no refund or exchange being given.

You may return or exchange via post. Please notify us before returning the item(s)

If you have requested a refund, it will be sent back to you via your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and be showing in your bank account.

Due to our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we do not issue you with a returns form, unless you notify us via email that you wish to make a return. If you would like to exchange the item then please provide us with the details so that we are able to process this for you or simply request a refund.
Delivery Info
Delivery Timescales
Once the order has been confirmed we will despatch your goods within 2 business days. (Estimated delivery time 5-7 days). Once your goods have been despatched you will receive a notification via email.

Need your item in a hurry? Let us know in the notes section when you purchase or drop us a message on the chat or via email. (pureenviefootwear@outlook.com) and although we cannot guarantee any delivery dates we will endeavour to send it out as soon as we can!

Delivery Charges
We offer UK standard postage for all orders. (We do not currently offer delivery to other countries yet although we will continue to review this, dependant upon demand)

Free Local Collection
You also have the option of free local pick up from our Kirkham address (68 Poulton St, Kirkham, PR4 2AH)
