We would advise you to try your shoes on in a carpeted room whilst you are deciding if they are for you,

to avoid damage to the soles and heel. Any damage or wear to the items

may result in no refund or exchange being given.

You may return or exchange via post. Please notify us before returning the item(s) so that

we can email you with a returns form and a returns postage label.

Due to our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint, we do not issue you with a returns form, unless you notify us via email that you wish to make a return.
